	Textbook University Physics Volume 1 by Moebs, Ling, and Sanny The textbook is an open educational resource and available on-line for free at this link.
	Scientific Calculator Any scientific calculator is allowed, but the TI 84 is most commonly used for in-class examples and videos. Instructions for how to use a TI 83 and TI Nspire are available. Instructions for additional models are generally available online. Cell phone calculators and online calculators will not be allowed on exams. Helpful information on how to best use your calculator will be discussed in the EF 105 Calculator Lab.
	Computer The college requires that you have a computer that meets the computer guidelines for the Tickle College of Engineering. You will need your computer to access the internet in class and lab. (Other devices like a phone or tablet are okay, but a laptop is preferred.) In addition, you must have (i) reliable, high speed internet access and (ii) the ability to upload high quality images of your paper work.
	UT PointSolutions Account / Clicker You must use a mobile device (phone, tablet, or computer) with a PointSolutions account to respond to in-class polls.
